Other than your email address, everything on this form is optional.  The information you fill in will allow us to know if our newsletter isn't reaching a segment of the RPPS community, and to send messages to specific groups of people, such as all French Immersion parents or all Grade 6 parents.

Grade/Program: Check the box for each grade or program you have child in.  If you have a preschool-age child, check "Pre-kindergarten" to receive information about kindergarten enrollment, etc.  If you are a teacher or staff member, check all of the grades or programs you are work in to receive messages targeted to those parents.

Email type: The default is "HTML" - that's the pretty kind with colours and pictures.  If you're not seeing any graphics, tell your email program to allow image display.  
     "Text" means plain text, very ugly, with no formatting or pictures.  Only select this if you have to.
     "Mobile" reformats the newsletter into a single narrow column and shrinks all images, for viewing on a smartphone.
     Regardless of your chosen format, you can view the full HTML newsletter in your browser from a link at the top of the message.
